To collaborate with stakeholders across educational settings to design effective learning experiences. Drawing on my background as both an educator and administrator in the special education field, I focus on solving instructional challenges and improving learner engagement, accessibility, and outcomes.

I apply a learner-centered, collaborative approach grounded in active listening, needs assessment, and creative problem-solving. My work integrates research-based instructional strategies, Universal Design for Learning (UDL), and the science of learning to create accessible, engaging, and purpose-driven instruction.

I am committed to continuous professional development, including training in project management and life-long learning focused in instructional design, to enhance my ability to manage projects and deliver high-quality instructional solutions across diverse educational contexts.
