A large-scale D2L course was designed and delivered for approximately 1,800 first-year students at IUP, emphasizing intentional course structure, alignment of learning activities, and timely content delivery. The project involved collaborating with faculty as subject-matter partners, collecting and analyzing ongoing feedback through Microsoft Forms and faculty meetings, and implementing iterative course improvements across Fall 2025, Spring 2026, and Fall 2026, along with developing instructional resources to support effective instructor facilitation and student success.
